Position Summary

We are looking to bring aboard a Corporate Sales Specialist for the Aspira Fine Wine and Craft Spirits Division at Constellation Brands, reporting into the Supervisor of Corporate Gifting, to drive the corporate gifting business. You will build a book of High Value Corporate clients and High Net worth individuals and utilize the entire range of our Fine Wine and Craft Spirits portfolio to become the go to group order gifting option for those clients. You will partner with the Supervisor of Corporate sales to assure that you have access to the products, packaging, and marketing materials you need to drive to your sales goals. You will maintain detailed information about your clients in our CRM database and build long-term relationships. You will know when to offer what items to whom and utilize your network to continually build relationships with new clients. You will be on the front lines of all communications with our corporate clients, from our digital customer service platforms as well as the phone lines. You will provide high touch service throughout the ordering and fulfillment process is vital to ensure an effortless experience for the client.

Responsibilities: i.e., what’s the job to be done?

  • Win, retain and develop clients through sales "hunting" activity, correctly assessing the prospective client as in demand for our products.
  • Maximize sales growth from existing customers through influencing the development of new sales, product marketing, and customer support strategies; and achieving specific volume growth targets in the assigned brands.
  • Build rapport and trust with clients by being informed about client’s needs and support client retention through collaboration with all resources including our Product teams, Events team, other sales channels,
  • Collect relevant client information
  • Serve as the primary sales contact for potential customers, understanding their needs and leading a sale the delights the client and the gifting recipients.
  • Meet provided sales targets on a quarterly and annual basis.
  • Liaison with Corporate clients to see through end-to-end gifting programs.
  • Manage complex negotiations with High-end Clients, Senior-level executives, and valued existing consumers.
  • Be responsible for all client service communication across owned channels, including but not limited to website client care platforms (Gorgias), email, and phone.
  • Provide solutions for clients looking for customized and personalized gifts and experience
  • Work with greater Client Care team to see through any shipment issues and provide solutions for any shipment issues that arise.
  • Collaborate and correspond closely with all other DTC team functions, to share bottom-up customer feedback that helps refine and inform the Corporate Gifting experience.
  • Work with internal and external partners to plan and curate experiential gifting opportunities.
  • Mitigate and respond to all customer service feedback, taking what could be a negative sentiment, and using it as an opportunity to instead convert a lifelong customer.
  • Identify tasteful, gracious, value-added upsell opportunities at a 1-to-1 consumer level, supporting the DTC Marketing & Operations teams top-line growth focused objectives

  • Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts.
  • Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers.
  • Solid experience using a CRM system as well as MS Office Products.
  • Formal training or strong interest in Fine Wine and/or Craft Spirits. CMS or WSET Certifications are a big plus!


Physical Requirements/Other

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Luxury Group Sales or exception experience in sales in other categories.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.

The salary range for this role is:

$32.55 - $47.83

This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
